ATOM

Atom is the core variation of our signature hot yoga class - the room is ~98 degrees with ~60% humidity. If you prefer a little less heat and intensity - try the Electron class. It’s a great place to start for beginners or come back to basics when needed. If you want more intensity - try Photon - it is an advanced variation, with higher heat and humidity. Just a few degrees increases the challenge by a lot!
