Cosmic Meditation

Cosmic Meditation is a mindfulness practice designed to connect individuals with the vastness of the universe. Through visualization and deep breathing, practitioners experience a profound sense of oneness with the cosmos, expanding their consciousness beyond the self. This meditation fosters inner peace and spiritual exploration, allowing individuals to feel harmoniously integrated with the universe and all its wonders.

Meditation is held after every 45-minute class on the schedule. If you are attending only the meditation, please join during the countdown.

FLUX CLASSES

FLUX HY-HF-HP
Temperature: ~98.6° Humidity: ~60%

Experience three 15-minute stages with impactful poses from hot yoga, hot flow, and hot Pilates. Stay for 1, 2, or all 3 stages for a revitalizing workout!

FLUX FY-PFY-CB
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

Experience three 15-minute stages with impactful poses from flow yoga, power flow yoga, and cardio barre. Stay for 1, 2, or all 3 stages for a revitalizing workout!

FLUX YS-H-TBB
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

Experience three 15-minute stages with impactful poses from yoga sculpt, HIIT, and total body barre. Yoga Sculpt requires a light and medium set of weights, HIIT needs a medium to heavy set of weights and bands, and Total Body Barre requires a light set of weights and bands. Stay for 1, 2, or all 3 stages for a revitalizing workout!

HOT YOGA

Atom (Signature Hot Yoga)
Temperature: ~98.6° Humidity: ~60%

Atom is our signature hot yoga class. Sweat, stretch and build stamina with an intermediately paced, static-posture sequence in a hot room.

Electron (Hot Yoga Lite)
Temperature: ~92° Humidity: ~50%

Electron is the Atom sequence in a lower heat environment. This class is grounding and great for beginners!

Photon (Hot Yoga Extra Heat)
Temperature: ~100° Humidity: ~65%

Photon is our Atom sequence with a challenge. This class is not recommended for beginners.

Aura (Yoga Calm)
Temperature: ~92° Humidity: ~50%

Aura is the Atom sequence, but in a gentler environment. It's designed to bring calm to the body. We recommend taking a few Atom or Electron classes first.

FLOW YOGA

Big Bang (Hot Flow Yoga)
Temperature: ~98.6° Humidity: ~60%

Experience an explosion of humidity and senses in Big Bang. It's a hot Vinyasa-based class with intermediate postures. For a less intense experience, try Big Bang Lite.

Glow (Flow Yoga)
Temperature: ~92° Humidity: ~50%

Glow is a slightly more relaxed flow class in a gentler environment - lower heat, slower pacing. Another great class for beginners! For a more intense experience, try Hot Glow.

Wave (Power Flow Yoga)
Temperature: ~92° Humidity: ~50%

Wave is an advanced Power Flow class with heat or if you want it hotter, try Hot Wave.

Nucleus (Yoga Sculpt)
Temperature: ~92° Humidity: ~50%

A heated 60 minute Vinyasa-style class with hand weights. This class encompasses the calm of yoga, and energy of strength training.

BARRE, FITNESS & PILATES

Spark (Total Body Barre)
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

A heated 60 minute Barre inspired class. This class uses light hand weights and bands in high repetitions to improve posture and balance.

Particle (Cardio Barre)
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

Particle is a heated 45 min Barre inspired class with dance and cardio elements. This class is accessible to all students.

Gravity (Pilates)
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

Gravity is a 45 minute, mat-based Pilates class to increase health, flexibility and ignite your core.

Universe (HIIT)
Temperature: ~85° Humidity: ~50%

Universe is a 45 minute functional fitness class integrated with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) components. It will improve cardiovascular health, mobility, and strength.

WORKSHOPS

Advanced Body Dynamics

This class is a whole body approach to fitness. Discover a diverse range of squat and push exercises.

Dynamic Core Fusion

Challenge your dynamic core with a focus on hinges and pull variations. This fluid movement class will enhance stability and strength.

Fluid Progression

Experience a seamless flow of fundamental movements with advanced cuing for progressions, enhancing your skills and capabilities in each class session.
