Yin is low-impact enough to do on consecutive days — you won't overtrain the connective tissue in a normal weekly rhythm. Most members find more than three sessions per week has diminishing returns. Practice consistency matters more than volume.

How do I cancel a class reservation?

Accepted Answer

On the website:
1. Go to the schedule page
2. Click the "My Classes" tab (requires sign-in)
3. Find your booked class and tap Cancel

In the ALIVE app:
1. Tap your profile icon (top right)
2. Select "Booked Classes"
3. Find the class and tap Cancel

If the class has already started: You'll need to ask the front desk to remove you from the class.
