Welcome to the beginning of your fitness journey with ALIVE Wellness and Fitness. Over the next 15 days , our aim is for you to experience the mental, emotional, and physical benefits of our classes by participating in at least 4 sessions.

Why 4 Classes?

  • You will develop a ritual to make starting easier. Decide now the 4 Days and Times you will come to your ALIVE classes in the next 15 days!
  • Starting small is key. Picking 4 classes and putting them in your calendar sets you up for success!
  • Focus on the habit first and the results later. 4 classes is a great step to a long-term healthy habit!

Hydration!

Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your workout. We provide a water fill station, as well as a vending machine for your convenience. Stay hydrated, stay focused, and let's make progress together. Staying hydrated before during and after class puts your body in the best position to attend at least 4 classes in the next 15 days.
